Product: HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281cdw

I have been having problems with my printer and the paper feeding it is 8.5 by 11.  My printer is color laser jet pro MFP M281cdw.   I am sure I need to change things in the settings.  what are the correct settings?

Hi,

You should make sure the Paper Size is US Letter.

 

Ensure this is selected in the printing application, also reload the paper into the tray and follow the prompt on screen to make sure the Paper Size for the printer is US Letter too.
