In most cases this is caused by the printer driver. Just loading the color lok paper does not change any settings on the printer or the printer driver. The color lok message is most often caused by the defaults in the driver being set for color lok type paper while the settings on the printer are for plain or any type of paper.  On your computer, go to control panel and then right click on the "devices and printers" icon and select open from the drop down menu. Then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on "printer preferences" and change the paper type to "plain"
