win 11 hp envy 4520 can print hp smart test page but printer jams when printing from word 2016

I am able to print a test page using HP Smart but when I print from Word 2016 I get a paper jam every time.  I have removed the printer and HP Smart from my printers and the HP Smart app and then restarted the HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb1000a (4M9N6AV) and went to 123.hp to install the printer.  Still same issue.  Have also run HP Print and scan doctor and able to print test page. I am able to print from Adobe, Open Live Writer and Excel 2016.  Appears to be an issue with printing from Word 2016.

I see that you are facing paper jam issues with your HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer when printing from Word 2016.

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
