Приложение HP SMART не видит принтер Smart tank 520! Компьютер принтер видит, всё печатает, но само приложение HP SMART никак не видит принтер, поэтому я его не могу настроить! Как решить проблему ?

Hi @DENDI777 

Please try to install with the next steps:

 

(1) Connect a USB cable between Smart Tank printer and computer:

  • ferRX_0-1752741984476.png

(2) Then install the next driver for Windows computer

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
