Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

При первом запуске программы я ввожу свои данные, после чего пишет "Загрузка учётной записи HP..." и загрузка не заканчивается, то есть бесконечно крутится. При повторном запуске программы (без перезагрузки системы) программа зависает на логотипе HP. Я уже переустанавливал программу несколько раз, но это не решило проблему. В интернете на счёт этой проблемы ничего нет. Помогите пожалуйста!
