Product: LaserJet m1132 MFP

совместим ли принтер LaserJet m1132 MFP c MacOs Monterey 12.0.1
подключаю принтер через провод ноут видит принтер отправляет на печать но сам принтер не чего не печатает ( принтер рабочий с другова ноута он печатает все отлично ) есть подозрение что данный мак не совместим с этим принтером 
так же скачал приложение которое вы рекомендуете на своем сайте но тут получаю ответ что не видит подключеный принтер ( хотя сам ноут в настройках видит usb подключение )
подскажите как мне решить проблему с данной моделью принтера на текущем маке?
обращался в службу поддержки apple сказали что надо уточнить у вас совместимость с данной моделью
