The error code 0x80070005 is coming from the MS store when I want to try and download the HPSmart  app.
What can I do to solve this problem?

@VicPil, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to download the HP Smart app. The 0x80070005 error code is a Microsoft Store error that occurs when you are trying to download/update your apps. When an app can’t update due to permission issues, you may see this message.

 

Check for any pending Windows updates. Restart the PC.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.

 

If the error persists, you will have to reset the MS Store.
