Hi,

I recently got this error code on my printer: 0xc6fd0013

This was after the black cartridge had been out of ink maybe for 2 weeks, I ordered HP original black ink 913A and installed it.

When I was about to print, the printer wouldn't let me print black, so I tried running the printer head cleaning and various adjustment in the tools menu.

During the level 2 printer head cleaning process I got the 0xc6fd0013 error code and the printer prompted me to contact HP service.

Since the printer is out of warranty I now turn my luck to this community and hope for some good solutions.

On top of this I may say, my Magenta color cartridge is also out of ink now, but I'm not in the mood of paying another cartridge if this first error can't be solved properly..

And yeah, I can't really know if any of my actions/cleaning will have any effects from now on, because the printer won't let me print just black to test if all the cartridges isn't working or has ink in them.

So is there any way to temporary disable the other colors and justus black until I get this to work?

Regards,

Anton

Good morning, sir,
Exactly the same problem with my HP PageWide Pro 477dw. Everything works perfectly until I change the black print cartridge. A nice error appears on the display asking me to contact HP. What I do...
After several tests done, I get an answer from them... We are sorry, but the print head needs to be changed.... We can't do anything at our level, so you have to buy a new machine ...
At the price of the machine in question, I just find it unacceptable that we can take consumers so much for fools....
In short, big nonsense...
I'm furious. And this with almost 6 months to go before the end of the warranty, as if by chance. Long live the consumer society and companies that take their customers for common cash cows.

Unfortunately you cannot use single cartridge mode on the HP PageWide 352dw and you will not be able to print in Black alone without the other cartridges

Since the issue persists after performing all the required troubleshooting steps, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
