Product: HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5225dn Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
My OS is way newer than MacOS 12.0 Monterey. HP really needs to update the Operating System dropdown.
A client wants me to print personalized envelopes. But because my printer does not have a straight paper path (I really miss my HP LaserJet 5000, which did), the envelopes come out all wrinkled when inserting the 4 1/8 inch end first. I tried printing with the 9 1/2 inch side first and the personalization does not print at all. I have tried changing the paper type settings, but no matter if I set it for heavy envelope, thick paper, etc. all envelopes still show wrinkles.
My envelopes are 70 lb. opaque, so they are fairly basic. Help!
