Hi, I can't seem to get my Windows 11 machine to recognize the 11 x 17 paper and have downloaded the latest drivers -- any help?

Hi @EatLobster ,

 

Please install the basic driver:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ7740/Basic_Webpack_x64-40.16.1234-OJ7740_Basicx...

 

Then change Paper Size in Word document, click on Page Layout > Size > Tabloid

 

 

After that try to print your document.

 

* Click YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
