Hello! I apologize for my English - I use a translator. The problem is that the printer began to be defined as a flash drive, and does not print. When the printer is turned on, a message appears stating that the disk could not be read, and the two buttons - SKIP or REMOVE. What to do? help me please. Error.jpg

@ruslanred, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Have you tried plugging the USB cable to a different port?

Unplug the USB, restart the Computer. Try the following steps:

Repair the Disk permissions-

1. Open the Applications folder

2. Go to the Utilities folder

3. Double-click on Disk Utility

4. Select the hard drive containing the boot volume

5. Click the First Aid button

6. Click Run.

If Disk Utility reports that the disk appears to be OK or has been repaired, you’ve finished. You can click Show Details to see more information about the repairs.

Try plugging the USB cable and see if that makes a difference.

Let me know the outcome.

Cheers 🙂

Your advice did not help. I found a similar problem here, but with another solution. I downloaded the utility LJM1130_M1210_SI_Utility.exe from your site, find a computer for Windows. I connected the printer to it and with the help of the utility I turned off the smartdisk built into the printer.
