Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Did HP SMart replace 123.HP.com?   I was under the impression that HP Smart was for phones, tables etc and the 123.hp.com was for Laptops?   

 

I am unable to connect as I get this cyptic message about being connected to a VPN?
