Cant get the printer to join direct print network

I understand you are facing a network issue with your HP Colour laser 150nw. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To troubleshoot issues with connecting your HP Color Laser 150nw printer to your network for direct printing, you can follow these steps:

 

  • Ensure Printer Compatibility: Confirm that the HP Color Laser 150nw is compatible with direct printing and your specific network configuration.
  • Check Network Connectivity: Make sure that your printer is properly connected to your network. You can do this by checking the network settings on the printer's control panel or using the printer's built-in network diagnostics.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed.
