I have posted this question in this section because, unbelievably, there is no community topic section governing printer warranties.

I have a printer that came with an extra years warranty that has not been added to the printer account. There was no mention of this within the printer box. I have hp+ subscription but nothing registers. It is impossible to contact HP about this. The email is discontinued. The phone line nobody answers and that joke of an AI-led support page is utterly bereft of us.

Does anybody who stumbles on this thread possibly point to somewhere that I can get this dealt with. I am shocked at how inept HP is once they've taken their money.

I will be eternally grateful for any assistance.

Hi @Marcia43,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are looking for help with getting the 2 years warranty that was offered when you purchased your printer but is not reflecting on your printer.

We appreciate your understanding and patience.

I've sent you a private message with the instructions to get in touch with the HP support team to help you get the warranty updated if it is valid for that purchase. In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link

Take care and have a great day ahead!
