I just bought a deskjet 2132 and it only prints every other line. How can I fix this?

I found a solution under - 

HP Inkjet Supplies - Missing Lines in the Patterns or Streaks in the Bars on the Self Test Page

Also there is a another post which has been solved:

http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Printer-Skipping-every-third-line/td-p/1216411

 

You may want to try either or both of the above solutions. Hope it helps!
