Trying to set up DeskJet Advantage 2135 to run with Mac OS Ventura. Printer is connected via USB. Downloaded and ran "HP Easy Start" per instructions.
Error message: "We were not able to automatically locate and software options for this product. Please go to the HP Website and search fort product solutions there."
Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi @nmjake
1. First things first, you must check the USB Cable 2.0 is fairly new and in good condition, and then connect your printer to your Mac computer.
2. Second thing, download and install HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:
3. Then go to Preferences > Printers then Add the printer, follow the steps from the next video:

Click on YES button to say thanks,
* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

This is GUARANTEED to have any & all HP drivers. No sitting around typing endless terminal commands, just download, delete your current printer config, & when you add it back you will see that it no longer has the "standard" or "basic" drivers installed.
PS: thank me later
