USB only
Windows up to date, reinstalled numerous times, used every solution offered.
Printer will print from the Scan Doctor but will not print a test page or print a document
IPV4 does not list a Domain Name
HP scans done numerous times, all checks are green - no test page. Replaced USB cable, and reinserted differnt slots, no test page.

Thanks for engaging in the HP Forums! I see by your post that you are having issues printing and scanning from Windows 10. I will certainly do my best to help you.
What driver did you install?
Here is the link for the latest drivers if you haven't downloaded and installed them yet: HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
I would try all the steps listed in this document to see if they will help:
Printer is Offline .
