Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an error about "User Intervention" while printing.
Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you -
1) Are you experiencing the same issue while making a copy as well?
2) Any blinking lights or error on the printer's control panel?
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 HP Print and Scan Doctor -
Click on this link to download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
Step 2 Clear the print queue -
1) Search Windows for local services, and then click view local services in the list of results.
2) In the list of services, find the Print Spooler.
3) Right-click Print Spooler, and then select Stop.
4) After the service has been stopped, close the service window.
5) Search Windows for C:, and then click Windows in the list of results.
6) Double-click the System32 folder, and then double-click the spool folder.
7) Double-click the PRINTERS folder.
8) Delete all the files in the folder.
9) Try to print.
Step 3 Reset the printer -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
If the issue still persists, try creating a manual connection. Here's the video link for steps.
Hope this helps!
