Second new wireless printer I have purchased in past year that just will not even print test page.  In this instance I tried to set up via Android device.

Connected printer to Wi-Fi then tried to print test page, Told need HP Print Service Plugin which was then downloaded.  Just keeps giving message Unable to communicate with pinter and direct Bluetooth Connect from phone says An App is Needed to Use This Device.

Went onto desktop which would be primary source of items needing printing.  Added the printer but again test page won't print.  If I go to Hardware says currently not connected to the computer.  HP instructions cannot connect via cable until you set it up wireless.  All prior working printers have been connected via printer cable.
