Product: hp envy 4524

hello peoples!

 

up until two months ago my printer was fine, working well and doing as it should.

i have a hp envy 4524 and now everytime i try to print it says

error printing on hp 4520 envy

 

i havent changed anything and i dont know why the driver wont change to the correct one or 

how on earth i solve this issue

 

could anyone help me please?

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
