Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

My laptop is running Windows 11.  I have an OfficeJet 4650.  There is no option to select "color" printing in the printer advanced setting from Microsoft Word or any other application including Adobe Acrobat Reader.  I cannot print anything in color on this printer.  It will print in color on its own test page but not from applications.

I also have an OfficeJet 6970.  Printing in color works perfectly on this printer.

Before someone sends me canned troubleshooting steps for Windows 10, I'm running Windows 11.  I have done everything I can think of to fix this issue.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the printer, used Print Doctor.  You name it, I've probably tried.  This is not working.

 

If this can't get fixed, I have color ink cartridges that will be wasted.

 

Please help!
