I had to reload my printer scanner program. The printwer works fione but thescanner program part is obsolete. How can I reload the old scanner program?

I would recommend avoiding scanner software from unofficial websites. Instead, please reinstall the appropriate HP software and driver package from the official HP Support website. Depending on your operating system, you can then check whether HP Scan or HP Smart is available for your printer. Click Here
