After a firmware update, my MFP M281fdw hangs in an endless loop between "49 Service Error" and a reboot. Does anyone know a solution for this problem or an address at HP to contact?

Nach einem Firmwareupdate hängt mein MFP M281fdw in einer Endlosschleife zwischen "49 Service Error" und einem Neustart. Kennt jemend eine Lösung für das Problem oder eine Adresse bei HP an die man sich wenden kann?

I'd like to help!

 

We need to perform an NVRAM reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
