Hp envy 5010

Hi.  Mother-in-law lost setup cartridges for HP envy 5010 printer and when I tried 65 ink 2 pack (new), I’m getting error “use SETUP Cartridges “ which I don’t have.  So I have any options to get around this?  Thanks in advance.

Hi and thanks, as mentioned, I do not have the SETUP cartridges.  My mother-in-law basically threw them away when she couldn't figure out how to run the printer (she was frustrated)... and she gave me the printer now (literally new printer) *without* the SETUP cartridges.  What can I do to get around this?  Do I have to buy new SETUP cartridges?  How?  Seems like a silly system to be honest with you.  Thanks.  Scott
