Hi @DUMASS2013,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
- Ensure Correct Printer Selection: Make sure your HP 5102 printer is selected as the default printer.
- Go to Settings -> Devices -> Printers & scanners.
- Select your HP 5102 printer as the default.
- Save As PDF: Instead of printing directly from the webpage, try saving the page as a PDF.
- Open the webpage and select Print.
- Choose Save as PDF from the printer selection dropdown.
- Save the PDF to your computer.
- Print PDF: Open the saved PDF file and try printing from a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Check for Driver Updates: Ensure that your printer driver is up-to-date.
- Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your HP 5102 printer.
- Install the driver and restart your computer.
- Head Cleaning: Sometimes, print head issues can cause print errors.
- Use the printer software to run a print head cleaning cycle.
- Navigate to Control Panel -> Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP 5102 printer and select Properties.
- Find and run the maintenance options.
- Try Different Browsers: Certain websites may not be fully compatible with your current browser.
- Try printing from different web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- Check Ink/Toner Levels: Ensure that your printer has sufficient ink or toner to perform printing tasks.
- Open the printer software and check the ink/toner levels.
- Replace cartridges if necessary.
I hope this helps.
