Hello, thank you for your quick and useful response, I expressed myself incorrectly, I reset my printer the connection cable supplying my control panel had a fault, since I reassembled the control screen asks me to return the serial number to configure the printer, but this is composed MY641D214RØ4MK, apart from scrolling the numbers and letters it does not exit Ø, the printer Serial number has been written.Press cancel to continue then after having canceled I find myself with the following message: enter serial number the printer is not configured, I applied do you have a solution?  It remains for me to send you my greetings of health and joy for you and your loved ones, friendships from France
