Hi team,

I just up for the instant ink trial promotion and only received 2 months trial. This printer was supposed to have a 6 month free trial.  Please advice how to resolve.

Hi @ffffff65435243,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to claim your promotional months

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Let me know.

Hi Jay,.

Please find attached a photo of the box. Promotion is also on a sticker that is stuck to the printer itself.
