Product: HP DesignJet Z6200 42-in Photo Production Printer

3 computers involved

 

We bought a new Mac Mini to replace another computer that broke. (The broken one worked with the printer).

Printer firmware KHN_03_07_03.1 (tried to update to KHN_03_07_07.1 through the web page and USB and both ways it says the new firmware is not valid)

 

Computer #1 - Prints Good, but it's so old it's really slow

Mac Mini running Sierra 10.12.6

 

Computer #2 - Macbook Pro, printed fine for about a year and then it got broken so we had to replace it. We purchased Computer #3

 

Computer #3 - 

Mac Mini running Sequoia 15.3.2

This computer sends the art file and does not report any issues. However, the printer gives the 61:01 and nothing prints out.

We loaded the Universal Postscript Driver from HP. That's what it told us to load based on our printer and OS. We get this error if we print a PDF from Preview, a webpage, or an AI document from Illustrator. I tried printing multiple things just to test. 

Language is set to automatic on the computer in the printer settings.
