Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

6960 printer - I can go to the printer's EWS IP address but the EWS settings are locked.  Is there a default admin or user name and password?

If locked then someone put a password in. Best bet is to perform an nvram reset. You can find videos on YouTube showing how to do it.
