I’ve just bought a 7220e Envy Inspire printer and have spent the whole day trying to get it to work without success.
Spent an hour on the phone with support, and they haven’t been able to help - they told me that it was because I had 5ghz wifi, and tried to get me to change to 2.4ghz, but according to the product spec, the printer supports 5ghz.
I’ve tried hiding printer, re-adding it, deleting app and reinstalling about 20 times and it doesn’t work.
Bought the printer to replace an old canon which reached the end of its useful life. Regretting switching to HP. Please help or it will be going back to the shop for a refund
