7800 printer setup

Trying to set up an ENVY 7855 printer.  I've downloaded the drivers several times.  I have the scanner working, but the printer dialogue box keeps saying printer is out of paper.  I can print from my mobile phone but not my computer.  computer reads that printer is out of paper.   When I go to open the utility box, and do a test print from there - it works.  

Any thoughts?
