Product: Color Laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried updating the firmware from HP.com.  Showed that it was PROGRAMMING then got 79 Service Error and printer continues to reboot over and over displaying the same message.  I checked that there are no jobs trying to send to printer.  It is on a network.  Tried rebooting the router also.  Can't get through to HP support.
