After updating the 20202021 Firmware from the printers panel I  It keeps restarting in the a loop :

 

Trouble shooting steps I took:

Disconnected all network cables and turned of the wireless connections, restarted the printer and defaulted back to original setting and then rebooted the printer.  Then reconnected wireless or network cable and the printer started the  79 Service Error loop again.

How do I fix this? How can I revert to a previous firmware state, It  is obvious to me that the install gone badly wrong.

Hello,

 

You might need to disable the IPv6 control panel. Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6 -> Off.
