Again, my printer 7900e won't print e-mails

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY Inspire 7900e prints fine from other apps but won’t print emails, here’s what you can try:

Fixes

1. Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is online and connected to Wi-Fi (blue light solid).
  • Restart the printer and your computer or phone.


2. Update HP App


3. Enable HP ePrint

  • On the printer: 
    • Setup > Web Services > Enable Web Services.
  • Print the Info Page to get your printer’s email address.
  • Forward the email to that address to print.


4. Check Email Client

  • If printing directly from an email app fails: 
    • Save the email as a PDF.
    • Open HP Smart → Print Documents → Select the PDF.


5. Update Firmware
