My HP laptop and HP8010 cannot communicate. I am unable to reset my printer. I connect to wifi, but am told connection set up is not complete. I tried troubleshooting but the user name is admin and the password is unknown. Please help as I need to be able to print today.

Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
