Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After four months of being "plagued" with the VPN error message I made a Hail Mary and reset my pC to an earlier date. I did a search on line "...unable to reset my PC to an earlier date from a restore point." and was presented with a cryptic long dos command  I copied it, ran it as an administrator and Viola.  The VPN error message has gone away and I am able to connect to my HP Account. Now the bad news.  The PC sees the 8020e, shows it installed, reports the ink levels, advises that it is ready to receive files but no success!  Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
