Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8210

Hoping someone could help me quick, I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 (I know, old as heck) and for some reason it won't print color from a users PC, it will print just fine in color from the printer itself and a different PC. But this person's PC fails to install a portion of the driver that gives it the color command (the color tab isn't even on their printer properties options). 

 

I've uninstalled the driver, restarted the pc, used HP smart app, nothing allows color printing from their PC. Wondering if anyone has any deeper uninstall methods?
