8610 HP -- Wireless settings locked

It's my first time plugging this machine in.

When I hit Setup, Network Settings, Wireless Settings - it says "You cannot use the device's wireless function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the device." 

Have tried restoring factory resets. 

Have tried soft reset.

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
