The other user is right.

Nothing works as far as a user or PW by default. admin admin is not it.Reset network at the printer interface does not work.

How can this get to a network folder?  From my Mac it can scan (HP Easy Scan 10.1) it can see and  go to any of my network drives, no problem.

What gives with the "cant remember my PW" option/functions here?

I understand the scan to network folder from the printer screen is not working.
