Product: office jet pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the march 2020 firmware update my 8720 will not connect / print from any computer.  I bought hp cartridges and its fine.  I was told there is a way I can use the remainder aftermarket ink that I have left.   How can I get a new firmware update to allow?
