Product: 8740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We have a HP Pro 8740 that we no longer have the pin and Web server account login information as the person who setup the printer no longer works for the company. I have tried a semi-full reset and it is still locked out. Tried admin and a blank password with no luck. Would like to know how to factory reset this information.

I have already tried a semi-full reset, partial reset as well as a OOBE reset and nothing has removed it.

What about restore factory settings from user menu, or restore network settings also from the user menu?
