HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

I recently purchased a 9120e  and have had nothing but problems since.

Majority of time it will not print at all! Sometimes when I go to print, I get a message that the certificate has changed. While at the printer at times trying to set up it will say to use 'WPS' , my WIFI Router does not have a 'WPS' Button.

I have returned to factory settings and then reprogrammed what should be correct, but I still get the issues previous stated. If trying to print using either phone or computer, I get the display showing number of copies ,ect. , as if it's going to print, but it does not print.

I sometimes go and recycle the power, the printer then may or may not work. I have used the smart app to set up!

Can anyone provide a procedure that will wake this connection up and work!

If you have not done so, check at the printer's product home page for Firmware update messages and help to possibly update the firmware.

What else?

The printer does not support the old WPS connection method -

I cannot explain why you would see this warning / message.

Should you dislike using the small touchscreen Printer Control Panel to configure your printer, consider using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Note:   It is not mandatory that you use a manual / static IP address.  Doing so can improve stability.

Example – Alternate EWS format (Select new printers and some Laser Printers)

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Network > Primary Ethernet > Check / Adjust Status and other tabs...

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Network > Wi-Fi > Section IP Config > IPv4

The example illustrates a Wi-Fi setup
