A Driver is unavailable message displays under the printer name in Printers & Scanners

I tried the online proposals to resolve when adding this printer to my laptop

Still not working

Wifi fine - can print form my phone to printer

... Ive installed printer via mobile phone, send the link to print from other devices on to my laptop (Lenovo, Windows 10 Enterprise) with VPN disabled - I pick up the printer , type in the pin printed out by the printer (for the 100th time!) but it says driver unavailable thus I cannot print from laptop please help!
