I've installed and re-installed Printer driver for Wi-Fi operation and it continues to only work a time or two, then I get this message again. . . Can anyone help with this nasty problem?

@fredhowe

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

Try the below steps:

Click Start,
Search for cmd.exe
Right click on cmd.exe
Click on Run as Administrator
Type C:\
Press Enter.
Type CD\Windows\System32\Spool
Press Enter.
Type Cacls.exe PRINTERS /e /g users:C
Press Enter.
Restart the computer

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
