I am receiving the following message: "A custom printer password has been set. Enter the password or contact your IT administrator to access the printer's web interface." plz help how to resolve this issue in order to install webservices as i have tried wifi pwd but nothing is working hp 3772

I understand that you are unable to log in to the printer's EWS page,

You will have to reset the EWS password to fix this issue, follow these steps to reset.

Restore Network Defaults to factory settings:

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Login to the EWS page with the default credentials and change the password.

Username: admin

Password: "leave it blank"
