Product: Officejet Pro 9025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new printer -- never used.  Powered on, printer message  "printhead missing".   Have done all sorts of things -- reset cartridges, removed and re-installed print head, etc.  

 

Nothing works.

 

Any suggestions?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue persists, I''m afraid this could be a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
