Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fuzzy printing on Officejet 7720 at A3 but not A4 

 

 
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

Autocad produced PDF file, Prints perfectly at A4 via Chrome or Edge. Same file printed at A3 from Chrome or Edge Colours arn't printed and lines are all  jagged, stepped. Uninstalled printer and reinstalled...........no success. Tried the solutions for similar problems on this forum..........no success. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

Such behavior is common when using a generic class driver, please follow HP Easy Start below, upon the Software Selection screen be sure to select the HP Basic or Full Feature Software option and complete the installation, then check for any difference:
