The Custom Form link was indeed tracking to a document outside the USA - this rarely results in an error (HP issues / tracks / translates documents in supported regions around the world - I did fix the link since it was pointing to Croatia.

The Printer Home page I cannot fix for you - it is a standard call and is already tracking a USA site.
Try finding the homepage from the Product Page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Unfortunately, I don't have example plates for MacOS for how to create the Custom Paper Size form.

Thanks for your reply. When I go to the link you indicated all I get is: "Error 404: There is no content available." I actually saw that link before I posted my question. So, there's nothing there that I can get at.
Please let me know if you have any other ideas. Thanks again.

I should add that I get the same error message at HP Printers - Creating Custom Paper Sizes, and at HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer.
