How do I enter technical mode to reset the ITB counter?

Please, try the procedures below:

 

Step-by-step guide
  1. Power off the printer completely.
  2. Press and hold the Up and Cancel buttons simultaneously.
  3. While still holding the buttons, press the Power button to turn the printer on.
  4. Continue holding the buttons until you see a message like "Permanent Storage Init." or a different message appears indicating the printer is starting the initialization process.
  5. Release the buttons.
  6. Navigate through the menus to find the Tech menu (sometimes called "Service Menu" or similar). This might require you to press a specific sequence of buttons, like holding OK for 5 seconds after the lights stop flashing.
  7. Go to Data setup.
  8. Select Clear counts.
  9. You may be prompted for a password. The password is 1934.
  10. Select Transfer belt from the list and press OK to reset the counte
