Its been 2 years now that Snapdragon ARM64 laptops on Windows 11 are introduced and still HP is not providing supported drivers. That is a disaster. Last time i ever bought a HP. Terrible support.

Hi @FAR9

Try to install the next drivers for your printer:

Hi @FAR9

Ok, if that doesn't work then try to add your printer manually using option for TCP/IP.

i've tried about everything; HP Smart is running and sees the printer and is saying its Ready. I've managed the installer of the drivers you sent to run all through and has installed the printer. But the printer seems to be offline for Windows while HP Smart says its ready. I can ping the printer and i can also log into the printer via my browser.

If you are using the SMART UPD driver, do not use Smart, just print directly from the program you are using.

sorry, i dont follow what you're saying. HP smart looks great but i cannot print aything from it. When you press print document it needs to install the printer. So that is not the solution. i was just trying to say that there is no network issue as HP smart is seeing the printer and saying its ready.

Then i install the driver you provided; it goes through the entire setup but then the installed printer is offline.

after many attempts; when installing this ARM64 driver; it now finds the printer in the network; no problem. Then it also finds the poort. But installing the driver takes about 20min. At the end it says installed. You can print a testpage; but nothing happens and on the Windows list of printers and scanners it says: printer offline or no drivers found.
